Many disc players start their love of Ultimate while in high school, and the Tulsa area has many schools with Ultimate squads ready to hit the field. Ultimate is, well, the ultimate sport for teaching core sports values such as hard work, self discipline, patience, and consistency. It combines hand-eye coordination, speed, strategy, team work, fun and friends.
Every spring, TUF sponsors an area wide High School League. All schools and students are encouraged to participate.
Also, Tulsa is home to the Oklahoma State High School Ultimate Championships. Schools from all over Oklahoma will compete, May 7, 2011 for the title.
